Good Evening Butteville families. It is our hope that you have all had a good break. We will resume school tomorrow 1/9/23 on a normal schedule. Both buses will be running as normal. We are excited to welcome you all back.
If you forgot to purchase candy grams it is not too late. You can still purchase candy grams tomorrow at the office. They are $1.00 a piece.
**Bus Update** We regret to inform you that the only bus service that will be available for the rest of the week is the morning bus to Lake Shastina on Wednesday and Thursday. There is no bus service at all to Weed the rest of the week and no service for either location on Friday 12/23/22. As always, we thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
Tonight is the Winter performance for TK-3rd grade (with Performing Arts) and Marimba Band.
Students should arrive at their classrooms at 5:30pm. Thanks so much and see you tonight!
Tomorrow 12/20/22 we will unfortunately be back to one bus. There will be a Lake Shastina bus in the morning, but no bus service to Weed. There will be no afternoon bus service to either location. We will update you as things change.
The bus will be running this afternoon and the rest of the week on a normal schedule. The only exception is Friday 12/23/22. There will be no morning bus run to Weed and release time will be at 1:00pm. There will be only one afternoon bus at 1:00pm that day.
Due to unforeseen circumstances there will ONLY be bus service to Lake Shastina in the morning. There will be no AM bus to Weed and no afternoon service to either Weed or Lake Shastina. This will also be the case for Friday. If this changes we will let you know. Thank you for your understanding.

Good Morning! We will have a normal start today and both buses running. There is a storm forecast for this afternoon, so we will monitor the weather and be ready for a possible early dismissal. We will keep you posted as the day progresses.

A couple of reminders for this week. All classes will be released at 1:00pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday due to parent teacher conferences. There will only be one bus run at 1:00pm, so if you are able to pick up your kids from school please do. Also, public health will be hosting a vaccination clinic here on Thursday 11/17 from 1:00 - 3:00pm in the library. The will have flu shots availiable. There is no school next week. Have a wonderful holiday and we will see you on 11/28/22.
Butteville phones are now down. The buses are being loaded and will leave around 11:45. If your child normally rides the bus they will be loaded on the bus.
There is a power outage at Butteville. Students are eating lunch now and the bus driver is heading to school. All students will be sent home in the 39 minutes. Please come to school and pick up your child if you are able to. We have no ETA for power to come back on.
Butteville bus service to Weed will be cancelled tomorrow morning 11/3/22. There will be bus service in the afternoon. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Just a reminder that SCOE will be at school from 4:00-7:00 today doing fingerprinting for volunteers. If you did not sign up you can still come. They are taking walk-ins as well.
