Just a reminder that tomorrow school appropriate costumes are allowed. The parade will start at 10:20and there will be no school on Friday 11/01/24.
Just a reminder that tomorrow is picture day retakes. If you would like your child to retake their photo, please send them to school with their original package. If your child was absent or not enrolled on the original picture date and they are taking their picture for the fist time, they will be sent home with paperwork to order photos. Pictures will be taken first thing in the morning, so please be sure to have our child dressed and ready for the photographer.

School photos went home today. Please see the attached letter from the photographer regarding make-up day, as well as contact information for her if you have any questions. If you ordered a package and did not receive it, your child may be on the list for retakes.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be no afternoon bus service to Weed until further notice. The morning service will remain the same. This will not affect bus service to Lake Shastina. We will keep you updated once we have more information.
Butteville will be closed today, due to a scheduled power outage. Staff will be back in the office on Wednesday.

Just a reminder that this Friday 6/7/24 is the last day of school! This will be a fun-filled Hawaiian themed day , of games and other activities. There will be an all school lunch. There will also be chips, soda and candy available to purchase, cash only. The entire school will be released at 1:00pm. Have an amazing summer!
There will be no bus service from Weed tomorrow morning 5/28/24. We are waiting for a bus part to be delivered. We will let you know about the afternoon run when we have more information. This only impacts kids who take the bus to and from Weed. Lake Shastina riders are not impacted. Thank you and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
The Weed bus is fixed and will be operational for it's normal afternoon run.
The Weed bus is still in the shop for repairs. Unfortunately, this means there will be no bus service to Weed this afternoon or tomorrow morning. We will keep you updated and let you know as soon as it is back in service. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Good Morning! Just a friendly reminder that there is no school on Friday 3/29/24. We had a built in snow day that we did not use. Also, next week is spring break. Have a wonderful week off. We will see you all on 4/8/24.
Both Lake Shastina and Weed buses have departed school to pick up students.
The spirit assembly for tomorrow has been canceled until further notice.
Due to the weather forecast for the next 24 hours, we have made the decision to have a late start tomorrow 3/1/24. School will start at 10:00am. Both buses will pick up kids approximately 2 hours later than the normally scheduled times. We will release all kids to go home at 2:00pm tomorrow and the after school program will close at 3:00pm. We will keep an eye on the weather and if there is a need to cancel school, we will let you know at the earliest convenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
As a reminder this Thursday 2/8 there will be no afternoon bus service to Weed. Also, on Friday 2/9 there are several activities going on, so to help facilitate a smoother schedule we will be releasing all students at 1:00pm. There will only be one bus and all students will be loaded at 1:00pm. The bus will depart and head to Lake Shastina before heading into Weed. If you have any questions or need an update on the buses location please call the office. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
